Wednesday 18th November 2020 17.00 – 18.00 h. CET the European Down Syndrome Association EDSA will organize a webinar with Prof. Sue Buckley about Early Intervention for children with Down Syndrome.
Monthly webinars planned
Since this year’s EDSA annual meeting must be held as an online event, the associated conference unfortunately had to be cancelled. Therefore the EDSA board of directors decided to take this opportunity to start off with a regular offer of webinars.
We are very happy that we could win Prof. Sue Buckley as a competent expert for this first EDSA webinar. Professor Buckley is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading researchers in the education and development of children with Down syndrome. Her work has been recognized through many awards. She has been involved in EDSA since 25 years.
Overview on Early Intervention
Since the planned conference this year was to be held under the motto „Early Intervention“, this is also the topic of the first webinar. Prof. Sue Buckley will give a 45-minute presentation on Early intervention for children with Down syndrome. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
