On March 21-22, 2025, the AFRT (Association Française pour la Recherche sur la Trisomie 21), in collaboration with partner organizations, will host a colloquium in Paris focusing on Down syndrome and new technologies. This event will bring together experts, researchers, and advocates to explore advancements in technology and their impact on improving the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
The conference will take place in the prestigious Palais du Luxembourg, with the support of Senators Patrick Chaize and Michel Laugier. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, hear from leading specialists, and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions that contribute to ongoing research and advocacy.
The AFRT has been dedicated to advancing research and awareness on Down syndrome since 1990, funding over €400,000 in research projects. This event continues its mission to support innovation and improve understanding of Trisomy 21.
