Aware of the importance of including people with disabilities in the job market, McKinsey&Company decided to look at the impact these people might have on the business environment. The focus of this study was the inclusion of people with Down Syndrome in the job market. The results are very encouraging and offer a new and revolutionary way of looking at the theme.
